Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within three (3) working days of confirmation and receipt of payment.
For local delivery within Singapore through SingPost with the rates quotes as follow:
- Less than 1 kg - S$1.80* / $3.50
- 1.0 g - 2.0 Kg - $3.50* / $3.90
- 2.0 kg – 3.0 kg - S$6
- 3.0 kg – 5.0 kg - S$7.00
- 5.0 kg – 10.0 kg - S$8.00
*Mailbox drop
Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days from the time order is processed.
Self Pickup option is available at:
1) Faithworks Bookstore during the store operation hours.
2) Joyden Hall on Sunday - from 9 am to 12 pm
Please allow 2 working days for us to process self-pickup orders.

All International shipping are registered mail and we will provide mail tracking details for the orders.
Faithworks Bookstore will not be responsible for lost in transition deliveries.
Our prices are not inclusive of your local taxes (i.e. import duties, sales taxes or tariffs that you may have in your country). Any such taxes or fees that are imposed by your country will be payable directly to the courier company before the goods are released to you. We are required by law to state the full invoice value and description of the items purchased for customs and insurance purposes.
