Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within three (3) working days of confirmation and receipt of payment.

Local Delivery within Singapore via SingPost standard mail drop:

Less than 700g - S$1.80
700g - 900g - S$2.50

Local Delivery within Singapore via courier service (door-to-door delivery):

Less than 1kg - S$3.50
1.1 g - 2.0 Kg - $3.90
2.1 kg – 3.0 kg - S$6
3.1 kg – 5.0 kg - S$7.00
5.1 kg – 10.0 kg - S$8.00

Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days from the time order is processed.

Self Pickup option is available at:

1) Faithworks Bookstore during the store operation hours.

2) Faithworks pop-up booth at Bugis+ on Sunday - from 9 am to 11.30 am

Please allow 2 working days for us to process self-pickup orders.

All International shipping is sent out via registered mail and tracking details will be provided for the orders.

Faithworks Bookstore will not be responsible for any loss in transition deliveries.

Our prices are not inclusive of your local taxes (i.e. import duties, sales taxes, or tariffs that you may have in your country). Any such taxes or fees that are imposed by your country will be payable directly to the courier company before the goods are released to you. We are required by law to state the full invoice value and description of the items purchased for customs and insurance purposes.
