Notebook - Hope > Fear
GOODNESS IS EXPRESSED TANGIBLY
#TPJx is an initiative where artists and designers around the world are collaborated to produce notebooks in an effort to raise funds for NPOs, ranging from suicide prevention, anti-human-trafficking efforts, to places that support single mothers.
Your purchase may seem small, but it helps these organisations help others in need. It's not just a purchase - it's you saying 'yes' to a belief that we all can play a role in making this world a better place.
Hope > Fear
When I think about the concept of Hope, I see joy, abundance, and peace. But when fear sets in, these things often disappear when challenges arise, we give in to fear, from which we begin to spiral into a cycle of doubt.
When this happens, choosing hope over fear is not always easy. However, recent encounters have repeatedly reminded me that our God is a triumphant, all-knowing God. He knows how my story ends and he has the best plans for me.
This quote, "may your choices reflect your hope and not your fears' is a constant reminder to myself to live a life of hope, and not in the shadow of fear. Don't get me wrong, it's not a go-ahead to live recklessly, but to shake off whatever hinders us from making His name known, in the midst of the storm, where fear may creep in, we must remember the authority we have in Christ.
1. Recognise that the battle belongs to the Lord.
2. Be still.
3. Raise a 'Hallelujah
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly" - John 10:10
