Co-written by Pastor Yang Tuck Yoong & Pastor Tim O-Connell, this booklet has 3 parts that expound on The Minister, the Method & the Ministry. It is meant to give some insights and handles into what constitutes a heart of true leadership. 

Ps Yang Tuck Yoong is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church, Singapore. From inception in 1995, the church has planted over 150 churches, schools, orphanages, and bible colleges in 18 different bases around the world. A passionate and compelling speaker, his desire is to see the Body of Christ come to sonship and full maturity, and for the Church to be filled with the Glory of God. 

Ps Tim O'Connell is an ordained minister of Zion Fellowship USA who together with his wife Joanne has served on the Mission Field in Africa and India over a period of 22 years. Ps Tim served as Principal and Dean of the Tung Ling Bible School in Singapore, as well as directors of Bible School and Orphanages in the Indian states of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh.
